By combining ultra-high resolution with industry-leading frame rates, the 1515HR provides a robust solution for Automated X-ray Inspection (AXI), inline CT, and critical quality control.

Unmatched Speed and Precision
The 1515HR is built upon an innovative sensor design that delivers a full-resolution frame rate of 55 fps, with even higher speeds achievable through flexible region-of-interest (ROI) modes. Featuring a 50 µm pixel pitch and a pixel matrix of 3002 x 3000 pixels (9M pixels), the detector captures exceptionally fine details essential for semiconductor and electronics analysis.
Compared to the company’s best-selling 1412HR model, the 1515HR offers a 25% larger active area (160.5 x 150.15 mm), providing greater coverage for complex inspection tasks.
Advanced Radiation Protection
While all our detectors utilize radiation-hard ISDI Image Sensors, the 1515HR introduces a key innovation: built-in shielding that takes protection a step further. The sensor is housed in a state-of-the-art, lead-shielded mechanical enclosure that offers high tolerance to radiation damage. This design eliminates the need for manufacturers to provide external shielding, significantly simplifying system integration and extending the overall lifetime of the detector.
Versatile Integration for Developers
Designed with system integrators in mind, the 1515HR supports high-speed data transfer via 10 GigE and Camera Link. Spectrum Logic provides a comprehensive SDK compatible with 64-bit Windows and Linux, including:
Support for C++ and .NET wrappers for seamless software integration.
Advanced library functions for dark subtraction, gain correction, and defect correction.
Multiple gain modes, including High Sensitivity and High Dynamic Range, to optimize performance for low-dose, real-time imaging.
